Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during new launches, holidays, or promotional periods.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days within the United States.
KOUKLA Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
KOUKLA Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is scanned and marked “Delivered” by the carrier, KOUKLA Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@shopkoukla.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review your case and assist with a replacement if applicable.


International Shipping 

At this time, KOUKLA Beauty ships within the United States.
We look forward to expanding our international shipping options in the future.
